The latest beneficiaries are about 30 lakh slum dwellers living in about 52,000 units spread across the city.

To make Delhi slum-free, the government has proposed to make 1,13,200 flats.
Union Minister of State for Urban Development, Ajay Maken laid the foundation stone of a 10-storeyed housing complex at two of the 23 clusters in Kathputli Colony on Sunday.
These clusters house 1,000 slum units. The high rises that will come up at their present site will contain 5,500 flats, of 400 square feet each.
