Yadav is seeking interim bail to oversee preparations and to participate in sister Bharati Yadav's marriage scheduled for November 1.

The bench of Justices Anil Kumar and Vipin Sanghi reminded Yadav that he had murdered Nitish Katara when he was out on bail in the murder case of model Jessica Lal.

“You were earlier released on bail and you got involved in crime. You were involved in another murder case and your bail was cancelled,” the bench said.

"Is your conduct, while out on bail, is not relevant? You absconded on two occasions.”

The court deferred the hearing to October 22 after the police sought two days time to verify about the place and timing of Bharati’s wedding.
