These are open irrespective of the financial background of the candidates.

Indian citizens who have completed their secondary schooling from an Indian institute and have already been offered admission to any undergraduate programme at Cornell university and are eligible for need-based financial aid can apply for the scholarship.

Candidates who are finally selected will receive the scholarship for the complete duration of their undergraduate studies at the university. For more details, visit here
