SSC GD Answer Key 2024 Live Updates: The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) is expected to release soon answer keys of the Constable (GD) in Central Armed Police Forces (CAPFs), SSF, and Rifleman (GD) in the Assam Rifles recruitment examination. SSC GD 2024 is being held for 26,146 vacancies, of which 6,174 vacancies are for the BSF, 11,025 for the CISF, 3,337 for the CRPF, 635 for the SSB, 3,189 for the ITBP, 1,490 are for the AR and 296 are for the SSF.
Candidates who qualify in the computer-based test will appear for Physical Standard Test (PST), Physical Efficiency Test (PET), Medical Examination and Document Verification in the later stages.

SSC GD answer key 2024: Negative marking
There will be negative marking in the SSC GD Constable examination. For each incorrect answer, 0.25 will be deducted.
SSC GD CBT held in 13 regional languages
The computer based examination was held in English, Hindi and in 13 Regional languages: (i) Assamese, (ii) Bengali, (iii) Gujarati, (iv) Kannada, (v) Konkani, (vi) Malayalam, (vii) Manipuri, (viii) Marathi, (ix) Odia, (x) Punjabi, (xi) Tamil, (xii) Telugu and (xiii) Urdu.
SSC GD results 2024: Questions of Class 10th level
The questions in the SSC GD Computer Based Examination were of Matriculation or Class 10 level in terms of difficulty. All questions were objective multiple choice type.
SSC GD answer key 2024: No reserve or waiting list after results
The SSC will not prepare or maintain waiting list/reserve list after the declaration of final result, it clarified in the exam notification. This means, the list published along with results will be final and no further lists will be released by the commission.
SSC Constable GD 2024: Appointment subject to availability of seats, may be done in phases
In the Constable GD notification, SSC said that the appointment of candidates after selection is subject to availability of seats in training facilities of various CAPFs.
Candidates may be appointed in phases in accordance with availability of training space.
The Joining and in-service issues, seniority, training, etc. will be regulated in accordance with the rules and regulations of various organizations, it said.
SSC GD answer key 2024: Here's how final result will be prepared
The final results of SSC GD, along with force allocation, will be declared based on the performance of candidates in:
- The CBT score
- Preference of forces opted by them.
- The selection is also subject to the candidates qualifying the Physical Standard Test, Physical Efficiency Test, Medical Examination and other conditions stipulated in the notice of the examination.
SSC GD Constable answer key 2024: Instructions on raising objections
Candidates should go through the answer keys carefully. If there is any error, or candidates have objections, they can submit online representations within the stipulated time limit. A fee of ₹100 will be applicable for each question.
“Representations received through any other mode e.g. letter, application, email, etc. will not be entertained. Representations regarding the Answer Keys will be scrutinized before finalizing the Answer Keys and the decision of the Commission in this regard will be final,” the commission said.
SSC GD answer key 2024: Exam ended on March 7
The computer-based test (CBT) of SSC GD 2024 ended on March 7, and the tentative answer keys will be released next.
Usually, it is published after five days since the last date of the examination.
SSC GD answer key to be published on the commission's new website
Recently, the SSC launched a new website – ssc.gov.in. Answer keys and all other updates related to the Constable examination will be published on it. Candidates should check it instead of the old website (ssc.nic.in).
