JEE Main Result 2021 Live Updates: NTA score cards, final answer key out

Only the All India Rank (AIR) is used for admissions through Central Seat Allocation Board (CSAB)/Joint Seat Allocation Authority (JoSAA) to NITs/ IIITs/ CFTIs/ SFIs/ Others. All participating Institutions that do not use the Centralized Seat Allocation Process will prepare their own ranking based on the performance in JEE (Main) 2021 and other criteria as decided by them.

The result will be compiled on the basis of the final answer key declared. No grievance with regard to answer key(s) after declaration of result of JEE Main Result 2021 will be entertained.

National Testing Agency, NTA will compile and release All India Rank after the declaration of the result this time. No Score/Rank Card will be dispatched to the candidates and the candidates are advised to download their Score/Rank Cards from the JEE (Main) website

The result of JEE (Main) - 2021 of the candidate(s) who indulge in Unfair means Practices will be cancelled and will not be declared. Similarly, the result of those candidates who appear from the Centre other than the one allotted to them or allow another candidate/person to write the exam on his behalf will be cancelled.

In the case of Institutes run by the Central Government, the reservation would be applicable as mentioned below:

• 15% of the seats Scheduled Castes (SC) candidates.
• 7.5% seats for Scheduled Tribes (ST) candidates.
• 27% seats for Other Backward Classes (OBC) Non-Creamy Layer (NCL) candidates as per the Central List*
• 10% of the seats for General Economically Weaker Sections (General - EWS) candidates.
• Persons with Disability (PwD) with 40% or more disability

JEE Main exam was conducted for the first time in Assamese, Bengali, Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi, Odia, Punjabi, Tamil, Telugu and Urdu for the first time, in addition to Hindi, Gujarati and English.

NTA will not entertain any revaluation or re-checking of JEE Main 2021 result. So, the result which is declared will be considered as final result.

National Testing Agency, NTA has waived off the 75% marks (in class 12 exam) eligibility criteria for Joint Entrance Examination (JEE Main) for admission into NITs, IIITs and CFTIs.

National Testing Agency, NTA will release the seat matrix soon after declaration of JEE Mains result 2021. The seat matrix will contain number of seats available in IITs, NITs and GFITs. Last year, there were more than 13,000 seats in IITs and around 21,000 seats in NITs.

National Testing Agency has not released any official update on declaration of JEE mains result 2021 yet. Students are anxious as to when the results will be declared.

DigiLocker is an Indian digitization online service provided by Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY), Government of India under its Digital India initiative. DigiLocker provides an account in cloud to every Aadhaar holder to access authentic documents/certificates such as driving license, vehicle registration, academic mark sheet in digital format from the original issuers of these certificates.

JEE main was held four times this year so that students get more attempts to improve their scores to secure a seat in engineering college. Those students who could not perform well in the last attempt had the oppurtunity to appear in the next attempt to score well. The result is awaited for the last session exam.

Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan on September 9 released NIRF Rankings 2021. IIT Madras has topped in overall category. For admissions to IIT Madras, candidates must qualify JEE Mains exam followed by JEE Advanced examination.

National Testing Agency, NTA will release the toppers name for JEE Main Result 2021. The topper and merit list will be available on the official site of JEE Main on jeemain.nta.nic.in.

Since last year, NTA had revised the tie-breaking criteria for JEE Mains result. The JEE Main tie-breaking method for JEE the Engineering paper was that candidates with higher NTA scores in Mathematics will be given preference, followed by NTA scores in Physics, and Chemistry. If the tie remains, candidates with less proportion of negative responses will be preferred, followed by candidates older in Age.

JEE Advanced 2021 registration begins on September 13, 2021. Candidates need these documents to apply for IIT JEE Exam- scanned copies of their photograph, signature, passport, photo identity proof, Class 12 mark sheet, and birth certificate for completing the application process.

This is the first time JEE Mains examination has seen the highest number of candidates. For Session 4, a total of 7.32 lakh candidates have appeared for the examination. In Session 1, a total of 6.61 lakh candidates have appeared for the exam, 6.19 lakh candidates in Session 2, 7.09 lakh candidates in Session 3.

The Joint Entrance Examination (JEE Main) comprises of two papers. The Paper1 is conducted for admission to Undergraduate Engineering Programs (B.E/B. Tech) at NITs, IIITs, other Centrally Funded Technical Institutions (CFTIs), Institutions/Universities funded/recognized by participating State Governments, as well as an eligibility test for JEE (Advanced), which is conducted for admission to IITs.

Delay in JEE Mains Result 2021 has not been welcomed by the students who appeared in it. Students are furious over delay in the declaration of the engineering entrance exam. They took Twitter to raise their concerns over the delay.

Select the courses and colleges from the list appeared on the website.

Lock the selection.

Selected students will be required to submit the documents and pay the fees.

Candidates who have appeared for the examination will be able to calculate results based on the final answer key by scoring +4 for every right and -1 for every wrong answer. In numerical no negative marking hence instead of -1, students will mark 0 for wrong answers.
