TNPSC Group 2 notification 2018 released, apply till Sept 9, prelims in November

TNPSC notification for the direct recruitment to approximately 1,199 posts included in Combined Civil Services Examination–II (interview posts)(group-II services) [service code no 004] released on its official website at tnpsc.gov.in.

The selection of candidates will be made on the basis of preliminary examination, written examination and oral test or interview. The marks obtained in the preliminary examination by the qualified candidates will not be counted for determining their final merit.

Interested candidates need to register their basic particulars through One Time Online Registration system on payment of 150 and then apply online for this recruitment.

The last date for submission of online application is September 9 while the last date for payment of fees through bank is September 11.

The preliminary examination will be held on November 11, 2018 between 10am and 1pm. The preliminary exam fee of 100 should be paid at the time of submitting online application.

The preliminary examination will be of objective type and carry 300 marks.

The hall ticket for the examination will be available for download at TNPSC’s website tnpsc.gov.in. tnpscexams.net,tnpscexams.in before the commencement of examination.
