Director David Dhawan is known for his funny side, but this time it has hit back on him. David targeted Farah Khan's Tees Maar Khan at actor Anil Kapoor's birthday bash, but eventually he was made to apologise by none other than our Khiladi Kumar, who is the lead in TMK.
"David Dhawan entered the party with his two thumbs down saying Tees Maar Khan pit gayee (TMK is a flop)," reported Mumbai Mirror. The film was scheduled to release the very next day.

This piece of news soon reached Akshay, who is coincidentally the lead in David's son film Desi Boys, and he called up David to give him a piece of his mind. David immediately apologised to the actor.
However, David totally denied the news.
"Why would I do that? Akshay is the hero of my son Rohit's film. Why would I demean him? I am very close to him and would never run down his film. I am a father and involved with my son's career," David told the tabloid.
From now on, David will make sure he doesn't blurt out anything against the actors of his son's film!
