Socialite Paris Hilton's brother Barron may take Lindsay Lohan to court for allegedly planning a physical attack on him.
He has decided to take legal action against the actress depite Ray Lemoine, who allegedly assaulted him, saying that Lindsay had nothing to do with the attack.
Barron, 24, who told the police that Lemoine beat his face in at Lohan's behest Friday morning, is now planning to file a suit against both Lindsay and Lemoine, reports tmz.com
Sources close to the Hiltons said that Paris met with a lawyer Saturday afternoon before threatening Lindsay on Instagram.
Ray claims Lindsay is innocent and he only punched Barron after the latter got physical first.
