Akansha Ranjan says BFF Alia Bhatt did not share any acting tips: 'Acting is very subjective'

Akansha Ranjan has said that her best friend, actor Alia Bhatt did not share any acting tips with her. The actor feels that acting is very 'subjective' and believes that actors don't usually share acting notes.

Akansha Ranjan made her debut with Guilty in 2020. She then appeared in the Netflix anthology Ray, in which she starred alongside Harsh Varrdhan Kapoor, which was released earlier this month. Akansha and Alia Bhatt have been friends for many years.

Speaking with a leading daily, Akansha was asked if she received any acting tips from Alia. "No, I didn’t get any acting tips. Acting is very subjective. How one person acts is not how another person acts. There's no way two actors will do one scene the same way. It's a very relative thing so I don't think taking tips, sharing notes is something actors usually do," she said.

Akansha called Alia 'great' and added, "I'm proud of her. I'm always proud of the decisions she makes, and the role she picks. She has done great for herself so I know she's making the right choices and yeah, she's gonna keep thriving."

Alia and Akansha have often supported each other on social media. They also frequently share pictures with each other from their trips and lunch dates. A few weeks ago, Alia and her sister Shaheen were seen with Akansha and their friends on a lunch date. Akansha had shared a few pictures from the get-together. The duo was also seen attending their common friend's wedding earlier this year. They danced to Jalebi Bai and many other songs.

Alia was last seen in Sadak 2. The actor has a number of projects in the pipeline. These include Brahamstra, Gangubai Kathiawadi, RRR and Darlings. On the other hand, Akansha will be seen in Netflix's Monica, O My Darling.
