Writer-filmmaker Tahira Kashyap, the wife of actor Ayushmann Khurrana, shared pictures of her WhatsApp chats with her children Virajveer and Varushka. She gave a glimpse of her struggle as a mom, as she got frantic messages from them despite asking them to text her ‘only if urgent’.

Tahira Kashyap took to Instagram Stories to post screenshots of her WhatsApp messages with Virajveer and Varushka. The first screengrab featured continuous texts saying ‘please’ and she wrote in her caption, “This is just a trailer to the messages I keep getting from my 2 lovable monsters when I am at work! This after I tell them message me only if urgent! And the urgency continues throughout the day.”

Then, there were puppy and cat gifs saying ‘pretty please’. She wrote, “There are more ‘urgent’ gifs.” Her follow-up post read, “If the gifs aren’t enough then there are these voice notes.” She then shared a selfie along with the caption, “Story of my life.”

Ayushmann and Tahira have known each other from when they were in school and got married in 2008. In March, they celebrated two decades of togetherness. To celebrate the relationship milestone, she shared a video montage on Instagram and wrote, “Haters will say it’s so cheesy! Well I have been there too, but it’s amazing to be on this side of the spectrum... such a sucker for love I am hopelessly in love with you @ayushmannk #happyanniversary #oganniversary #20years.”

Tahira has directed a film for the upcoming Netflix anthology Feels Like Ishq, which will premiere on July 23. Sharing a poster, she wrote in an Instagram post last month, “Chhoti si film direct ki hai (I have directed a small film), Pls give it big love. Watch out for this anthology, premiers 23 July on @netflix_in #quaranteencrush #feelslikeishq.”
