Bipasha Basu, Karan Singh Grover get sweet surprise gift for daughter Devi from Sonam Kapoor, Anand Ahuja

Bipasha Basu took to Instagram to share a sweet surprise she got from Sonam Kapoor and her husband Anand Ahuja for her newborn daughter Devi.

Bipasha Basu took to Instagram Stories and shared a glimpse of a sweet surprise she and her actor-husband Karan Singh Grover got from actor Sonam Kapoor and her husband Anand Ahuja on Sunday. Bipasha and Karan recently announced that they have become parents to a daughter, Devi. Bipasha had shared the arrival of her first child on social media handle with her daughter's feet with a message.

Bipasha posted the glimpse of Sonam's surprise on social media. She shared a card and two baskets, which were filled with presents such as small blue cap and toys among others for Bipasha and Karan's daughter Devi. The baskets were decorated with pink-white balloons and matching ribbons. The balloons read, “Baby Girl.”

Bipasha Basu shared the sweet surprise given by Sonam Kapoor and her husband Anand Ahuja after becoming parent with Karan Singh Grover.

Bipasha wrote on Instagram Stories, “Thank you @sonamkapoor @anandahuja & Vayu (red heart emoji), Devi loved her gifts (red heart and evil eye amulet emoji)." The card given to her and her husband and their daughter Devi read, “Dear Bips & Karan, Congratulations on your baby girl. A child is a blessing and I am sure ‘Devi’ has brought them in abundance. - Sonam, Anand and Vayu."

Devi is Karan Singh Grover and Bipasha’s first child together. The couple met on the sets of their 2015 film Alone and got married the following year. After years of their marriage, Bipasha and Karan announced they were having a baby in August, 2022. They shared their photos from a maternity shoot.

On November 12 this year, Bipasha announced the birth of her baby girl with Karan and also revealed her name on social media. Sharing a photo featuring Devi’s feet, Bipasha wrote, “The physical manifestation of our love and blessings of Ma is here now and she is divine.” She also mentioned the baby's birthdate: 12.11.2022 and revealed her name: Devi Basu Singh Grover.

Sonam Kapoor and Anand Ahuja also became parents to their first child, son Vayu this year. The couple shared the first picture of Vayu and explained the meaning behind his name on Instagram.
