Deepika Padukone plugs her own products on Alia Bhatt's latest post; fans say: 'Har jagah promotions'

Looks like Deepika Padukone is not letting any opportunity to plug her skincare products go to waste. On Sunday, as Alia Bhatt shared a pair of bare-faced pictures on Instagram, Deepika took to her comments section to promote her skincare serum.

In the photos, Alia posed in her satin pyjamas in her bathroom. Early morning sun glowed on her bare face and she struck a serious, then a goofy pose. “Sunday mornings are for finding some great light and aimlessly conducting a photoshoot in my bathroom. Happy Sunday,” Alia captioned her post.

Deepika left a comment on her post that read, “Why do I smell #ashwagandhabounce?” She added thinking and laughing emojis to her comment. People on Instagram were quite surprised at Deepika trying to plug her products on Alia's post. “Kitna ad kroge mam (How much will you promote your products),” read a reply on Deepika's comment. “Lol..height of advertisement,” commented another. A person wrote, “Alia k pic pe apne product k promotions ku (Why promoting your products on Alia's picture).” Another comment read, “A true Brand Ambassador. Not missing a single opportunity to market your product.”

Alia's photo also got a comment from her mother Soni Razdan. She wrote “hee hee” at her daughter's caption. A fan asked Alia to “post a picture of Raha & her papa."

Alia and her husband Ranbir Kapoor became parents to daughter Raha on November 6. The couple announced her name through a special post on Instagram. “The name Raha (chosen by her wise and wonderful Dadi) has so many beautiful meanings… Raha, in its purest form means divine path in Swahili she is Joy, In Sanskrit, Raha is a clan, In Bangla - rest, comfort, relief, in Arabic peace, it also means happiness, freedom & bliss. Deepika also recently launched two products from her skincare company 82°E. She will be seen next in Siddharth Anand's Pathaan. She also has Project K with Prabhas and Singham Again with Rohit Shetty.

Alia was last seen with Ranbir in Brahmastra. Her upcoming projects include Karan Johar's Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani and Heart of Stone with Gal Gadot. The latter will mark her Hollywood debut.
