Actor Kareena Kapoor is showering love on her best friend Amrita Arora. The two met at Kareena's home on Saturday and she took to Instagram to share a selfie.

In the photo, Amrita Arora is seen sitting in Kareena Kapoor's lap and giving her a kiss on her head. Kareena is smiling for the picture and holding Amrita tightly in her arms. Amrita flashes a peace sign and is seen wearing a white shirt. Kareena is seen with her hair tied in a high bun and wearing a printed shirt. Both of them shared the picture on Instagram Stories and wrote, "No one like my BFF."

Kareena and Amrita have been friends since many years. Their group of best friends also includes their sisters Karisma Kapoor and Malaika Arora.

Amrita was also a guest on the first season of Kareena's radio chat show, What Women Want. Talking about female friendship on the show, Amrita had said, "It is very important from every perspective. You now have someone who offers you a safe space and whom you can completely confide to without the feeling of being judged. Sometimes, we make decisions where we prefer to have a friendly opinion rather than a family opinion. Friends are very neutral in this case. And who doesn’t need a female friend with whom one can share the deepest darkest desires of their life and moments of happiness as well as when you’re at your lowest.”

Kareena was last seen in last year's Angrezi Medium with Irrfan Khan and Radhika Madan. Her next release will be Laal Singh Chaddha with Aamir Khan, scheduled to arrive later this year. The film is a remake of Hollywood hit Forrest Gump, which starred Tom Hanks in the lead.

Amrita made her debut in Kitne Door Kitne Paas in 2002. Her last film was Kuch Toh Hai Tere Mere Darmiyaan in 2015.
