Ranbir Kapoor reveals daughter Raha's first birthday plan, recalls her meeting Taimur-Jeh

Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt's daughter Raha Kapoor will be turning one next month. They are yet to reveal the face of the little one.

Ranbir Kapoor recently opened up about his daughter Raha Kapoor as she is about to turn one-year-old next month. Talking about her first celebration, the actor shared with fans that it's going to be a homely celebration. He also revealed that although Raha is quite young to recognise people, she was starstruck upon meeting Taimur.

Ranbir during a fan interaction on Zoom said, as per a report of The Indian Express, revealed plans for Raha's first birthday. He said, “We’re gonna have a small birthday party for her at home with just family and cousins, so looking forward to that.”

He was also asked about Raha's equation with Taimur and Jeh, who are her cousins. Ranbir laughed and told fans that his daughter is only 11 months old and cannot recognise people. Adding that the little one has started recognising people, he also said, “Raha went to Taimur and Jeh’s house once. They have come home also. But she’s so young, she can’t recognise anyone. She is 11 months old. She’s barely recognising me now and I must say that I am her favourite, more than mumma (Alia Bhatt) also so, I am very happy about that.” Ranbir also recalled the time when he met Taimur for the first time, "The first time I met Taimur, I was also very starstruck. I was like ‘What a cute baby he is’.”

Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt got married last year in April. They announced the news of Alia's pregnancy after two months and later welcomed Raha in November. The couple is yet to reveal the face of their daughter. They have even requested paparazzi and media to not click photos of Raha.

Taimur and Jehangir are Saif Ali Khan and Kareena Kapoor's sons. Kareena, Karisma Kapoor and Ranbir are cousins. All of them share a close bond.
