Sheen was arrested on Christmas morning after a nasty dispute with Mueller in Aspen, Colorado.



According to TMZ.com, Mueller wants to settle her differences with Sheen.



Mueller has hired top criminal defence lawyer Yale Galanter, who has played down the events of Christmas Day, branding it one bad night in their 19-month marriage.
