The House of Wax star was recently spotted topless jet skiing, and sunbathing topless and hanging with her friends on a yacht on an Italian holiday, reports News of the World.
The heiress and her friends were off the coast of the Italian island of Sardinia.
Hilton has never admitted to a boob job in the past.
