The couple dined Thursday night at Koi in LA, where they shared a flourless molten-chocolate volcano cake.

"He couldn't keep his eyes off her," the New York Post quoted a spy as saying.

There are whispers that Penelope disapproves of the 10-year age gap between her brother and Eva.

But any sibling pressure from the Oscar winner seemed out of sight as the lovebirds enjoyed a romantic evening on the back patio.
