Amitabh Bachchan has had a string of releases this year with Kyun Ho Gaya Na being the latest, but it is a role with a difference, he says, as he doesn't don a uniform but is the genial uncle to Aishwarya Rai.

If people are looking for a change, they know where to go, quips Big B whose last few films had him playing a cop, an army officer and a prisoner of war.

Amitabh is unapologetic about the succession of films starring him, saying that the number of films he does makes it difficult to space releases. Asked if that makes him less unattractive, he replies, "You'll have to ask the audience that".

Giving kudos to director Samir Karnik and co-star Aishwarya Rai who's "exceptionally beautiful" but needs to do more mature roles, Amitabh said in an interview he enjoyed doing Kyun... as it gave him a chance to interact with children after Mr Natwarlal.
