The 36-year-old actor attended the Lana Del Rey concert last weekend at the Hollywood Forever Cemetery, where he was photographed gleefully running away from a shutterbug lying on the ground beside him with his left fist raised in the air, reported E!Online.

The paparazzo has reportedly filed a report with the LAPD office, claiming his camera equipment was damaged and he is now suffering from a minor back injury.
