But the Emmy award winner apparently gave his son, who found his dad’s body in the bathroom of their Rome hotel suite, the majority of the estate through a trust set aside for him until he turns 21.

The will, which was quietly filed in Manhattan Surrogate’s Court on Tuesday, states that the trust will also get Michael a chance to buy his father’s Greenwich Street condo in the West Village.

According to the court papers, the New Jersey-born star’s son will also automatically get all of his dad’s clothing and jewelry.

The document also notes that the teen and his little half-sister will share their father’s estate in Italy, too and they’ll split it 50-50 when Liliana turns 25.

In the 17-page document, Gandolfini made a request that his children should continue to own the said property and keep it in the family for as long as possible.
