The 18-year-old teen icon was posing for pictures with his devoted followers at the event in Miami when he casually placed his hand underneath her breasts with his other arm wrapped gently around her shoulder, the Sun reported.

The girl in question is seen smiling awkwardly in the photograph - which was later posted in a photo gallery on his fan club website BieberFever.Com before being removed.

The pair are also seen whispering to one another in a second photo.
