The blame game between Kamasutra 3D actor Sherlyn Chopra and film’s director Rupesh Paul has now hit a new low. Chopra had filed a police complaint against Paul alleging cheating, forgery and outraging of modesty. She even refused to promote the film and also criticised Paul on microblogging site Twitter for forgery, among other things.
Now, Paul has hit back challenging the actor to prove the allegation and has even filed a police complaint in Kerala under criminal procedures of section 154, for her non-cooperation, misconduct and cheating.
Paul says, “All her allegations are false and I have strong evidence of that. I presume she is doing this to save herself from the legal notice that was sent to her, which requires her to pay Rs 5 crore as damages. Now that it is the 10th day of the notice period, she would start with all this all over again. Sherlyn has received all her payments for Kamasutra 3D and I have evidence to prove that.” He also said that the Rs 7 lakhs, which apparently the filmmakers owe her, was to be given to her for dubbing, which didn’t happen because she didn’t turn up for dubbing.
Allegedly, she also demanded expensive gifts worth lakhs beyond the promised money for the movie, and misconducted while shooting.
