The 41-year-old singer sparked speculation that she had once again gone under the needle, when she was seen with a smooth complexion over the weekend. “So, I have been filmed out in public the last three nights and suddenly it is ‘reported’ I cannot move my face????? What a load of rubbish. Annoying (sic),” she tweeted.
