The 23-year-old singer, who is famous for her outrageous fashion choices, has stripped off for a series of images for the US magazine V.

The 'Poker Face' hitmaker flaunts her enviable figure and a large tattoo across her back in the photographs taken by legendary fashion photographer Mario Testino.

In the second photo she poses with a cigarette, which is likely to infuriate anti-smoking activists, the Daily Mail reported.

In a third image, the 'Paparazzi' singer swaps the pink afro for a more familiar blonde, fringed style. Wearing a sequined purple and white blouse, she sports towering Seventies-style platforms, rested high above her head against a giant poster of her face.
