Lindsay Lohan has reportedly hired back her former lawyer Shawn Holley.

Sources connected to the case told TMZ.com that Lohan begged Holley to return as her lawyer following Thursday's hearing.

Sources said that the 26-year-old actress was angry at her lawyer Du Jour, Mark Heller, for recommending Morningside Recovery to fulfill her 90-day rehab obligation.

The actress has yet to enter Morningside, with prosecutors set to issue an arrest warrant against her if she does not enter rehab today (May 3).

Holley is allegedly asking prosecutors for a different rehab facility, after Morningside had its licence provoked.

Lohan along with her team convinced Holley to come back on board and the lawyer agreed.

Sources said that Holley has already been in touch with prosecutors and is trying to keep them from seeking an arrest warrant.
