Goretti, an actress and TV host, is apparently miffed with Arshad. During earlier interviews, Warsi had admitted to being scared about Maria’s reaction to the kiss. “

. I convinced her with great difficulty to let me do it. She’s not convinced even now,” he had said.

Even a month after the film’s release, Goretti has chosen to stay away from it. “Maria has not seen the film yet. She will see it when she gets the chance. With two kids, it’s difficult for her,” he says.

Asked if the kiss was one of the reasons why she chose to give it a miss, Arshad confesses, “It is also one of the reasons.”

The actor, however, is quick to add, “She hasn’t seen a couple of my films of mine, including Dhamaal and Golmaal. So it’s not unusual. There are certain films she’s acted in that I haven’t seen. So it’s no big deal”
