The WillKat mug, made by a Chinese firm, Guandong Enterprises, is being marketed as an esteemed limited edition heirloom. Priced at $15.99, the mug has now funnily become popular because of the royal mistake.
Reports say that the officials at Buckingham Palace know about the flub-up but are not commenting on it.
Blogs are abuzz with amused comments by users. “You’d have to be living under a rock the past 30 years to not know one from the other!” reads a comment by user SE. Monkeypaw wrote, “I’m ordering one, and they better not correct it!”
