Sources from the sets of Farhan’s next, Shaadi Ke Side Effects, reveal that the actor was supposed to wear a fake pregnant belly, weighing six kilos.

By the time the shooting got over, Farhan got really tired. “He realised how difficult it is to be a woman. So, on his way back home, Farhan bought Adhuna a gift. The gesture pleasantly surprised her,” says an insider.

Farhan and Adhuna tied the knot in 2000, and have two children together.
