Less than a week after being discharged, yesteryears’ Bollywood super star Rajesh Khanna was again admitted to the Lilavati hospital in Bandra on Saturday afternoon. HT reports.

Less than a week after being discharged, yesteryears’ Bollywood super star Rajesh Khanna was again admitted to the Lilavati hospital in Bandra on Saturday afternoon.


According to hospital authorities the ailing actor had complained of weakness.

Khanna is reportedly suffering from a liver-related ailment.

However, a hospital spokesperson said, “We are yet to ascertain what he is suffering from since the diagnostic tests are on.”

Last Sunday, the 69-year-old actor was discharged after a two-week stay in the hospital.

According to doctors, Khanna had sought treatment for weakness and exhaustion.

Sources added the actor, admitted in a private room, would undergo a battery of investigations. The actor has been battling health issues for quite some time.
