Selena Gomez has revealed that while she was at school none of the boys were ever interested in her.

Gomez, 19, who is now dating 17-year-old pop heartthrob Justin Bieber, also revealed that she was very shy as a student and she never had the confidence to tell her crush she liked him.

“I never had guys in school ever! It’s a very awkward time in anyone’s life. When it came to a crush, I never told him,” Contactmusic quoted her as saying.

“You’re not going to be able to find that self-confidence until you are OK with yourself,” she said.
