Camilla Luddington and Nico Evers-Swindell revealed the idea as they visited Westminster Abbey to gawp at the site of their counterparts' real-life nuptials.
"The film ends with the proposal so I didn't get to play a bride. There should be another film about the wedding," the Sun quoted Luddington, who played Middleton, as saying.
"In a few years we'll be starring in William & Kate: The Movie V," she added.
The movie was made by US network Lifetime and filmed in California. It was screened on Channel Five on Sunday.
