The 51-year-old actor refers to Holmes as, Suri's mother or, his ex-wife, in the legal papers written by him.

In one of the documents penned by the, Mission Impossible, star, he has said that his family would travel with him around the world, but after his divorce, Suri remains with her mother, but he does receive mails on a regular basis from Holmes as to her progress, Radar Online reported.

It still isn't clear if Cruise ever communicates with Holmes over phone or in person from the legal documents penned by the star.
