Cruise, 50, who was reportedly blindsided by Holmes’ decision to file for divorce, has cut off all contact with Holmes, TMZ reported. Though Cruise has “absolutely no contact with Katie”, his people are negotiating her people over when and how he can talk to Suri.

The actor apparently speaks to Suri by phone at least once a day but according to sources close to him, it has been made difficult by Holmes’ side.
