She gave a detailed account of how he misbehaved with her, “This man walked in, grabbed me by the back of my neck, turned me around and rammed his nasty-ass tongue down my throat. And everybody at the network saw it.”

She appeared in Moesha during the incident, refrained from mentioning the man's name. However, she made it clear that it was not Judge Greg Mathis, whom she holds in high regard, referring to him as a ‘great man' and said, “I love him. He's a great man. Not him at all. He's a great man. This was another one.” She emphasized that the man who sexually assaulted her was someone else entirely.

She also shared that she has experienced other "Me Too" moments during her career. Ralph shared that she was allegedly assaulted on another occasion and also had an experience where a promoter inappropriately touched her leg. These incidents made her question her perception of reality and forced her to consider how to protect herself from such situations in the future.

Sheryl rose to fame for her role in the Broadway musical Dreamgirls, for which she received a Tony Award nomination. She has also appeared in numerous film and television productions, including Moesha, It's a Living, and Ray.
