Cannes Day 2: Yet another batch of beautiful outfits and yet another wardrobe malfunction
The second day at the Cannes Film Festival saw a host of well dressed celebs -- like Deepika Padukone, Adriana Lima and Emily Ratajkowski-- and yet another embarrassing moment from a mile-high dress slit.
Day 2 at the prestigious Cannes Film Festival saw some more film screenings and many more beautiful outfits on the red carpet.
Deepika Padukone may have stunned everyone with her second outing on Thursday, but she wasn’t the only one to do so. Here are our favourite looks from the screening for Loveless on Thursday:
Deepika Padukone
Deepika wore a bottle green Brandon Maxwell gown, teamed with diamonds by De Grisogono, Chloe Gosselin shoes, and her hair in a high updo.
Emily Ratajkowski
Emily wore a sheer, gothic gown by Norwegian designer Peter Dundas. She kept her hair tied in a loose updo and paired it with a nude lip shade.
Adriana Lima
Victoria’s Secret Angel Adriana Lima turned up in a beautiful white number with a diamond choker that covered her neck almost entirely.
The supermodel kept her hair swept back and paired the look with the brightest shade of red on her lips.
Petra Nemcova
Czech supermodel Petra Nemcova wore the most elegant yet risque white number on the red carpet. The dress had a plunging neckline and a slit that ran as high as her waist and ended up revealing more than she intended to.
Winnie Harlow
Canadian supermodel Winnie Harlow opted for the most gorgeous blue ball gown for her appearance on the red carpet.
Lily Donaldson
British model Lily Donaldson wore the lightest baby pink tulle dress on the red carpet.
The Cannes Film Festival began on May 17 and will wind up on May 28.
