The recent poolside fashion show held by designer Payal Jain at Hyatt Regency in the Capital, drew inspiration from the romantic and extravagant costumes of the 50s.

The flowy dresses on the ramp made for quite a contrast against the furry coats and jackets worn by the guests, such as designers Mandira Wirk with husband Hardy Wirk, Leena Singh, Rajesh Pratap, Ankita and Anjana Bhargav, Poonam Bhagat, FDCI president Sunil Sethi, make-up expert Ambika Pillai and model Noyonika Chatterjee, among others. The fashion fraternity showed up in full force to support Jain.
