Iconic pieces of fashion clothing have always stood the test of time. To celebrate the tradition of one such classic staple, the Burberry trench coat, luxury brand Burberry is hosting an exhibition in India to take their web project-Art of the Trench to the next level.
Art of the Trench, which was launched in 2009, is a web portal with social networking functionality that invites the site users to submit their trench portraits to be featured on the website.
The brand has collaborated with India, along with seven other countries, to shoot the iconic trench on Indian celebs at the locales.
The exhibition will be held from February 3-12 at the Oberoi, Gurgaon and is curated by the brand’s chief creative officer Christopher Bailey that will showcase street style Indian celeb images captured by photographer Manou of street fashion blog-wearabout.
