Unhealthy eating to getting fitter: This Mumbai man saw it all
Allahbadia weighed 90kg as a teen, but once he started college, he rapidly lost 35kg in three months
From being overweight to managing an unhealthy weight loss -- Ranveer Allahbadia, 24, a resident of Five Gardens in Matunga has seen it all.

“While growing up, I was very fat. I ate out on most days,” said Allahbadia, who was diagnosed with cholesterol gall stone at 15. He had to get his gall bladder medically removed.
Allahbadia weighed 90kg as a teen, but once he started college, he rapidly lost 35kg in three months. “I focused only on cardio exercises, because of which I lost a lot of muscle mass. It was unhealthy,” he said.
Gradually, he started weight-training and put on 25kg through a healthy exercise and diet regime.
Today, Allahbadia runs his fitness channel on Youtube. “Around 3.75 lakh people have subscribed to my channel. I also have 54,000 followers on Instagram,” he said.
