Cristiano Ronaldo came good in a Champions League final once again as his brace helped Real Madrid thrash Juventus 4-1 in the UEFA Champions League final in Cardiff. Juventus are aiming to become the second Italian club after Inter Milan in 2010 to win the treble, the Serie A, Coppa Italia and the Champions League titles in the same season.

Real Madrid, on the other hand, are seeking to extend their record haul of European Cups to 12. Winning today’s final will also make them the first ever club in the Champions League era to retain their European crown.

Juve and Real possess highly contrasting playing styles. The former boast of arguably the best defence in Europe, and have conceded just three goals in their 12 matches in the Champions League this season.

Real, on the other hand, have one of the best attacking units in the world, and have scored a staggering number of goals - 32 in 12 games – in their title defence this season.
