The Sushant Lok police recovered a three-sentence note written in Japanese.

Yoshiharu Fujii (54), was residing alone in his 15th floor apartment in DLF City-The Summit in Sector 54.

He was a general manager at a private firm — NKC Conveyor India Pvt Ltd. — on MG Road, opposite Sector 14.

He hailed from Aichi Prefecture, Japan, and had been living in Gurgaon from the last two-and-a-half years.

On Thursday, Fujii complained of headache and left his office around 3.15pm.

At 6.15 am on Friday, one of the residents of The Summit saw a body lying on the ground.

The witness informed the security guards, who immediately informed the police control room. The police suspect that the man was suffering from depression.

“Fujii’s family is expected to arrive in Gurgaon on Sunday morning. Once they reach, a post-mortem examination will be conducted and the note will be translated into English,” said Maheshwar Dayal, joint commissioner of police.
