The authority has connected the sump well at Khandsa with the Badshahpur drain on the expressway near Narsinghpur through a pipeline.

It has installed a motor which drains the water into the Badshahpur drain which runs under the expressway towards Najafgarh. Locals, however, are not impressed. “It is only a temporary solution,” said a resident of Khandsa village, adding that Huda did not construct a proper drain. “We have got a solution to waterlogging and we are sure people will not face any problem next monsoon,” said Haridatt Sharma, the Huda official concerned.
