Singer Nick Cannon is stepping behind the camera to direct his first feature film. The America's Got Talent host, who was hospitalised with kidney failure in Aspen, Colorado over the festive season, is pushing on with his work commitments and will begin a new movie project this year.

Singer Nick Cannon is stepping behind the camera to direct his first feature film.
The America's Got Talent host, who was hospitalised with kidney failure in Aspen, Colorado over the festive season, is pushing on with his work commitments and will begin a new movie project this year, reports femalefirst.co.uk.
"(I'm) taking a lot of the young hip-hop acts of today and putting them in a movie with a bunch of comedians, make something happen there," he told gossip column Page Six.
