Drugs worth nearly ₹238 crore destroyed by police at Taloja facility in Navi Mumbai
The haul was incinerated at the Taloja facility following clearance from the high-level Drug Disposal Committee, it said.

The Anti-Narcotics Cell of the Mira Bhayandar-Vasai Virar police in Maharashtra has destroyed seized drugs valued at nearly ₹238 crore at a waste management facility in Taloja, Navi Mumbai, officials said on Wednesday.
The disposal was carried out on June 29, said an official release.
The disposed contrabands included 326 kg of drugs like ganja, charas, mephedrone, heroin, cocaine, cough syrup and Tramadol (painkiller) and 1,541 kg of raw materials used for manufacturing drugs, it said.
The haul was incinerated at the Taloja facility following clearance from the high-level Drug Disposal Committee, it said.
