During an interaction with 41 Indian Foreign Service officers of the 2017 batch here on Friday, Naidu said they should “effectively leverage India’s core civilisational values and ethos and modern strengths of democracy, economic and other capabilities” as “proactive and effective diplomacy for advancing national interests in the challenging global environment is the need of the hour”.
