The flight G8760, an A320 Neo, was forced to return to Kolkata soon after taking off. The aircraft returned to Kolkata without dumping fuel.
A GoAir flight headed to Bhubaneswar from Kolkata was forced to return to Kolkata on Friday due to engine problems. All 166 passengers on board the plane are safe.

The aircraft has been declared “Aircraft on Ground (AOG)” and will undergo necessary repairs.
The passengers were offered a full refund post cancellation of the flight.
