1 dead, 4 injured in group clash in Haryana village

The clash was reportedly a sequel to an old rivalry that started at the time of Panchayat polls more than 2 years ago.

One person was killed and four others were were injured in a group clash at Kharman village of Bahadurgarh subdivision of the district on Wednesday evening.

Two supporters of the sarpanch namely Kartar and Jaibhagwan were injured as were Jile Singh and his son Satpal belonging to rival groups in the fight in which guns and sharp edged weapons were used.

Police have registered a case of murder on the complaint of Kartar. All the accused were admitted to different wards of the Bahadurgarh civil hospital.
