15 injured in head on bus collision

Fifteen passengers of two Metropolitan Transport Corporation buses suffered minor injuries in a head on collision between two buses at East Tambaram near Chennai today.

Fifteen passengers of two Metropolitan Transport Corporation buses suffered minor injuries in a head on collision between two buses at East Tambaram near Chennai on Sunday.

One of the buses was on its way to Agaram from East Tambaram and the other was coming to East Tambaram from Tiruvanmiyur on the busy Velachery Main Road when the mishap occurred, police said.

Traffic was disrupted in the area for some time because of the incident.
