Six months after the Mumbai terror strikes, a high-level committee which probed the audacious attacks submitted its report to the Maharashtra Government on Wednesday.
The committee comprised retired IAS officer RG Pradhan and former RAW deputy chief V Balachandran.
The panel reviewed the performance of state Intelligence machinery over its apparent failure to report terror activities, Mantralaya sources said.
