3 Huji terrorists killed, IEDs recovered in J&K

Three terrorists of Harkat-ul-Jehad Islami (HuJI) were killed by their Hizbul-Mujahideen counterpart in a group clash in Doda district, where one woman was injured in cross firing and 3 IEDs recovered on Friday, official sources said in Jammu.
Three HuJI terrorists, who were about to surrender to security forces in Kishtar belt of Doda were intercepted by a group of Hizbul-Mujahideen terrorists in Lohi Dhar area of Chatroo belt in the district early on Friday, they said.
They were asked not to surrender, they said adding after refusal to do so there was a gunbattle between the two sides in which three Huji terrorists were killed by Hizbul-Mujahideen terrorists.

In the Doda-Kishtwar belt, as many as 23 Huji terrorists have so far surrendered to the security forces giving a major setback to the strength of terrorist outfits in the area.
While Hizbul-Mujahideen with its strength of 200 to 300 terrorists operating in Doda-Udhampur belt, Huji comes next with its strength of nearly 130 to 140 terrorists and Lashker-e-Toiba over 100 operating in the area, they said.
During a gunbattle between troops and terrorists in Sui Devia area in Gool belt of Udhampur district on Friday, one female Zenab Begum was injured, they said.
The injured woman was flown to military hospital in Udhampur for treatment, they said adding terrorists escaped from the spot.
