However, they were released late Tuesday night from Badnawar town in Dhar district, they said. The four engineers - Manikchandra Surana, Narendra Patil, Sanjay Bhole and K B Goud, working for Tapi Products Company were kidnapped by Ravi Choudhry and Babu Bhai.
The duo were working as contractors of the above company which was supposed to pay Rs 52 lakh to them and was delaying for long following which the accused kidnapped the four engineers of the company, Madhav Nagar police station incharge K K Upadhyay said.
The duo were arrested from Badnawar town late last night by the Ujjain and Badnawar police in a joint operation and rescued all four engineers, he added.
